Dry Lease
An owner supplies the aircraft only without crew or maintenance.
The lessee is responsible for operating and maintaining the aircraft
at their own cost. Payments are made monthly for aircraft, with
additional charges for maintenance paid into a separate account.
Wet lease
An owner supplies an aircraft complete with crew, maintenance
and insurance and continues to operate the aircraft for the lessee.
Payments are made on an hourly basis, and include all crew
and maintenance costs but exclude fuel, catering, landing fees,
handling etc.
Sale & Lease back
A pure financial transaction, where an owner sells an aircraft to a
new lender and then leases it back for their own use.

and manage the process from first request through to delivery of
the aircraft and even during its period of operation with the lessee.
